International Orders:

International customers can order ALZET products through our network of distributors in Asia, Australia, Europe, Israel, New Zealand, and Scandinavia.

International customers from countries where we do not have a local distributor can order directly from DURECT Corporation. Refer to International payment options for additional ordering information.

When ordering, please consider the following:

ALZET osmotic pumps are ordered in increments of 10 pumps. Each package includes 10 osmotic pumps, 10 flow moderators, 1 disposable filling tube, and 1 instruction/specification sheet.

ALZET Brain Infusion Kits are ordered by the Kit and can be used with any ALZET pump model. Each Kit contains sufficient materials to perform 10 brain infusions. ALZET pumps are not included in the Kit and must be ordered separately.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms are net 30 days. Purchase order numbers must accompany all orders, unless paying by credit card.

Specify the Model, order number and quantity of pumps you require.

Shipping Options:

We utilize FedEx for shipping. Available domestic shipping options are FedEx ground, second day, or overnight. If one of these options is not selected at the time of ordering, we will ship via FedEx ground. For specific shipping costs, please contact us
